How do we find a happy balance between online and offline activities?
Kindergartners learned the importance of turning off devices to play outside or play with friends, instead of having too much screen time.
How do we say goodbye to technology when you don't want to?
What happens you don't want to stop your screen time, but an adult asks you to stop? It's okay to feel frustrated...we find we may need to pause, breathe, and finish up! We practice these strategies with different scenarios to help us when it really happens!
